Any items sent via regular mail or envelope mail do not come with a tracking number and are stamped. However, all packaged items will come with a tracking number, which will be provided to you once the item is shipped. For ex, albums, BT21 plushies, bags, and merchandise.If you reside outside the United States, please allow 4-12 weeks for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your country or location.It is important to have your address readily available and to ensure that it is accurate. If you are unsure of your address, I recommend seeking assistance from your local post office. Your address will be confirmed with you before each shipment is sent out. Please be aware that I am not liable for lost items.Kindly allow me some time to prepare and ship your product. For privacy concerns, trust is a two-way street. Your address will be deleted once the mail is sent, and please dispose of the mail once it is received to ensure both personal information remains secure.

All parcel packages will be labeled as a "gift", however, this does not guarantee that no duties will be owed. The determination of duties owed will depend on your local customs officer.
